English Purpose of this subforum

Hello @all,

Like every year the Wave-Gotik-Treffen is taking place in Leipzig from 13. to 15.5.2016. It´s the 25th anniversary of WGT.
The WGT is a music and arts festival which has taken place every Whitsun in Leipzig since 1992. Appr. 20,000 goths will meet in Leipzig and attend live concerts and cultural events, readings, cemetery tours and so on.

Let´s hope the weather holds.

Thank you for asking about my time in the Spa. I did work hard on building up some muscles, going into the water almost every day.
I did enjoy it though, because one meets nice people and have interesting talks at the same time.
How are you doing Fedi?
Is life treating you well? Do you plan some Holidays?

I enjoy chatting here again and hope that maybe someone else will join us.

Good to hear from you. It is a shame that no-one has been writing here. Karl is right in pointing out that a critical mass of writers is missing. For me, life is a mixed bag yet I shouldn't complain. As for certain things, you can't help it anyway, can you? It's good to hear that you have been recuperating. Was that prescribed by the doctors or was it your own decision to go there?
Chatting is not for me as you may remember but I'm glad you enjoy it.

No chatting for me neither. I meant of course writing here in this thread.
Shame that we have lost some lovely people here but life goes on and one can’t change a lot of it as you wrote. Being an optimist helps though I found.
I did have a prescription for Physiotherapy but I did not use it as I thought that moving in the water can be done on my own. It did help really.
The lady wanted to just put me on a bicycle. That I can do at home on my own and as well in due time.
We went with the camper and managed to go the the sole pools every day. It really does help.

I´m glad the hot spoll is over. At the moment it´s raining. The nature will be thankful for it.

There are many reasons for abstaining from writing. I often have no delight because there´re long breaks. Perhaps it´s changing.

Interesting to read that it was your own wish to go to the spa. Why did you go to Germany? Because of the exchange rate or do they offer something there which you can't find in CH?

Cracky, I forgot to answer you…so sorry
The reasons were, first of all because there is a nice camping place in the ground s so to speak. We could walk to the spa in 3 minutes.
Then, I know that the different pools there are magnificent. Of course in the end the entrance prices from our Thermal spa which is 19 Swiss francs = 17.473 Euro. We have about 30 Minutes to get there.
In Bad Dürrheim we pay EUR 12.50 and EUR 10 for the camping. Every fourth night we get an entrance for the spa gratis.
We took the motorbike with us and had some lovely outings. It was a beautiful 2 weeks holiday at the same time.
Now we are planning our next trip. Probably to Morocco once more, who knows. Maybe we change our mind at the last moment. That is the nice thing for having the house with you.

As you can notice there is little to nothing going in the thread. Dear seigneur tries hard but sadly without much response.
I have put one or two things in here, but as I removed the hook to be notified when someone writes I have to think about looking myself.
