When I Could See**
That you are happy  
With a smile on your face.  
I would see you sometimes walking  
With your little one in a sunny place.  
I'm sure you look so happy  
With a loving smile on your face.  

I hope you are singing  
To the music you love.  
I would see you sometimes dancing  
With the little one in your arms.  
And that she makes you happy  
With her sweet childlike charms.  

I hope you are healthy  
And your heart feels free.  
That's what I hoped I would see.  
With a lot of joy, without regret,  
Nothing grieving in your head.  
So happy as the time we ones met.
